Anyways It'd just be able to see the outside world more when inside buildings. The inn rooms of Limsa are a nice example of where things could go though they do have a bit too much frosting on them much like the windows of the ferry if you go inside. It would be a nice place to sit if you could see outside properly.

As for the canopy thing...it doesn't stop the rain anyway they should just remove the screens :P

The Ul'duh Inn is like an antique shop...full of crap and always closed.

I hate that about this game, the little mountain sides you pass under to in order to get into gridania, that doesn't stop the rain either, and thats a mountain!, really hope they fix this or if they cant just switch out the mountains for a little crappy plank to walk accross, id rather have a crappy thing that works over a cool looking thing that doesn't

    Sorry!
I guess it was my imagination. I just spent a while staring at the window in the Inn Room, and the sun does not move. ><

I edited my previous post and stuck out that text as well.

Hehe I just kind of believed you since I haven't spent that long in the inn to notice.

You guys remember when you get into Limsa off the boat the first time and see all the NPC's walking about etc, thats what the cities should look like all the time.

    About lively cities, monsters, etc.:
A while ago I asked if this would be possible in 2.0 because I really hated how the cities looked pretty much dead, NPCs never moved and other player's complained how monsters no longer followed them, etc.
A community rep answered that the dev team thought the same and is trying to implement it

I'd like to see a game on the ps3 that has large environments, render distance, glass and a high LOD. I doubt such a thing exists.
