By default it's numpad5. If you need help remembering, you can think of it as the center of the numpad, or as the button in the middle of the arrows.Oh, and I think this option exists in a form by keeping Legacy movement enabled and locking onto your target. I forget which keystroke does this, however, since I never use it. I occasionally accidentally lock onto the summoning bell and it takes me a while to figure out how to unlock from it.
