Need some BLU Advice

Hi! I'm pretty new to BLU, recently got it to 60 and have been farming for skills. I think I have almost all open world and dungeon skills at this point, but I feel a bit stuck now... I really would like to get primal skills and at a later point run Alex Savage as BLU. But none of the people I know in XIV plays BLU, so it's hard to find someone to run trials and raids with and ask for advice etc.

I've tried to google how to actually play this thing, like find a proper rotation and find a guide on what gear pieces and melds I should have. But all info I can find is how and where to find skills. So I wonder if there is a Discord for BLU or something where I could ask for some guidance?

I really love this job and I'm really excited about learning to play it properly!

Check for blue skill farm parties or create one yourself. I got a bunch of skills that way. Also if you're in a FC, recruit a max level tank and healer and select the "undersized" option for the party. That way you can do an instance without getting level-synced (you stay 60 and they stay 80). Just make sure the others understand not to kill specific monsters until they cast the spell you're farming.

Some primals you will need help like Shivas and Ravana(i highly suggest picking this one up) I was able to solo normal/hard ifrit for eruption, and hard leviathan for his skill as a level 60 BLU but it can be painfully slow and highly inefficient Can solo first coil for Devour, but may have to bite the bullet for echo once. Have you tried making a party finder for them? I got lucky one night and saw one up for ravana skill, dropped what i was about to do, switched to BLU and immediately joined

The only skills you absolutely need for soloing as BLU that you aren’t given are Aetherial Mimicry and Pom Cure, both of which only require you to kill specific adds in the places they drop (Pharos Sirius Hard and Thornmarch Hard). Healer Mimicry makes getting all the dungeon abilities so much easier by yourself.
