Unable to connect at all today to US datacenter and US dataceter only

I'm going to skip the part where we fruitlessly try to diagnose non-existent issues in my local network setup that would be causing this.

There's a recurring issue where the ISP that you use, NTT Global, will have catastrophic issues with handling all data coming through particular nodes on their network. This issue is not consistently happening all the time, but happens with such great frequency that a quick google search can show you that many people play other games will report having the same issues with data that goes through their US network, and the overwhelming majority of the time, if I have connection issues with FFXIV, they can be traced to packet loss which occurs at some point in NTT's networks, usually on their link to Telia's networks, but rarely on Telia's end of that link; and I'm far from the only person to report this even on this forum alone.

I understand that there's little you can do to fix their issues with their network, but I'm baffled that despite issues like this being a regular occurrence for years, you still continue to use their frankly appallingly unreliable service for your servers, especially when laypeople who cannot diagnose these things are going to blame your servers for these connection issues, which is damaging to your company's public perception. Is this ISP really so dirt cheap that it's worth tarnishing Square Enix's reputation over?

This seems to have resolved this time, see you again in anywhere from a week to a couple months when the issue recurs, as the root issue in NTT's networks that causes this to happen so often likely remains unaddressed, once again.
