Probably the Commemorative Coin.

Its not anything great in its own right, but for some reason its the only item in my main characters inventory that I have never discarded. Which means by far its the item I've held onto the longest.

Everything else has been transferred to an alt, or discarded, or sold, or thrown away, or desynthesized, you name it.

I posted a joke response earlier in this thread, but I came up with one.

I got an apartment when I first started, and one of the first things I wanted is to get a stuffed goblin, because aside from goblins being awesome we all know that's actually supposed to be best girl Brayflox Alltalks. Ever since then, across several apartments and houses on like four different worlds, this stuffed goblin has accompanied me along my journey. Sometimes I use the wind-up goblin minion and pretend it's the very same.
