No action against harassment?

Hi there I've come to the forums to ask a few questions if anyone can provide insight on to why a play that has been harassing our FC for about a month now. Still gets to continue to do so.

I'll start from the top and try and keep this tldr. 2 members of our FC were flirting around with each other and apparently pictures where shared between them. Fast forward a day or 2. Said member tells female member that he loves her and she says no. He proceeds to say in whispers, where we have screen shot proof. That if she didn't reciprocate he would then leak her photo's online.
That IMO should be mark number 1: Threat inside the game
Mark number 2: Happens after we find out and we remove said player from our community and now they start to send threats to the officer that removed them saying thins along the line of " I know what state you're in, karma is gonna come knocking on your door and you'll get what is coming to you "
Another real life threat.

Keep in mind this is indeed all in game.

We proceed to blacklist said person and he then creates new toons to continue to harass us, avoiding the blacklist option as he just keeps creating alts. My question is why when you black list someone doesn't it actually block their entire account?

Moving forward to he's currently continuing to show up ever other day at our FC plot to continue this when all we've asked is him leave us alone. We've reported it several times, more then several times. At least 12 people have filed reports against him for stuff he personally did to them.

Yet he's still in the game, he's still showing up every other day for almost a month now?

But someone trash talks in PVP and I've seen them banned just for that? but real life threats are ok?

I'm confused at the system and would like to know how this can be fixed?

Well thats how it should work but unfortunatly doesnt.

A bit of a strange idea but i could try to report him also from my server if you would post me private his data and mby the support from EU will take care of it^^"

First. Let this be a lesson about sharing real life photos and information through a game format. Since your FC mate willingly shared the pictures, SEs hands are probably tied, legally. But on the harassment issue, if they are a PC player and already have the ability to track ips then they are likely protecting themselves from the same. So an IP ban is likely not possible for them.

The easiest solution would be to remove the sound effects from Tells/Whispers and move that whole chat to a separate tab where it can be ignored. Because what they really want is attention. If they do post your FC mates pictures, then you can take action using the format he posted them on to ban them there and so on but once the attention died down they will inevitably get bored and find another mark. Not the best solution, I know, but one that works in my experience.
