A few thoughts on FFXIV

Not addressing the post is the same as ignoring issues, If the makers of the game want to make a profit they need to listen to critics, not fanboys

FFXIV is obviously not the game for you. This game is now playable. Its fun for a lot of people, included me.
Its not an action game. FFXIV is its own breed. SE can't target the entire market on every aspect of the game... those being the most basic aspects: battle system, for example.

Most the people love or like the new system and understand it isn't finished yet. But a minority (you and a few others) strongly dislike it.

I'm not trying to be an ass, just saying that if you don't like first person shooters, you don't play first person shooters: you don't go telling the developers to turn it into a turn based strategy game. If you don't like the successful direction XIV is taking, don't play XIV.

Someone is angry and defensive about my reply. Listen you're "quit and leave" is not an option. As I stated I am a fan of FFXIV and will be staying for now, so get used to it.

Minority? You mean the people that have quit when the game subscription fees kicks in or anyone before that doesn't count? Actually those are the people SE are trying to get back.

They can target as many as possible into their game and that is their perspective and aim otherwise they wouldn't make a big deal or try to market 2.0 as a different game or even launch an E3 trailer.

Actually FFXIV is the game for me, perhaps you only replying to the fact i am making a slightly negative opinion get to you and saying "OMG QUIT" is actually not very smart on your part and I believe is not something SE would support you saying since they want their fans to stick around. I will be sticking around sooooo hate to break it to you there.

You also missed the fact i said that I DO LIKE FFXIV I am only saying where they can improve. Agree or not, doesn't matter to me and I won't lose sleep over it. However others are agreeing with me so clearly I am not the only one disagreeing with you.

I tried to be as polite and neutral as I possibly could. I don't know where the heck do you get angry or defensive about my reply. I didn't even take a stand, I just told you that FFXIV's has decided on a direction that you obviously dislike, so you shouldn't play a game you don't like.

So screw whatever you typed afterwards, I'm out of this thread.
