Fully customizable housing

It would be nice if we could rearrange the interior. I assume they want it to loosely match the exterior of the house, but that still leaves a lot of leeway with the staircases, the basement, and the nature of the top floor in larges.

Being able to move the stairs and choose from a couple different styles would be so cool. I'd also like the ability to remove the railing from one side and place a partition flush with the stairwell instead.

I'd just be happy with options to dye the stairs, structural elements and baseboards. And maybe carpet options for stairs (that are also dyable). I doubt they'll get rid of baseboards because then they'd have to redo every single wallpaper asset.

And yeah the pillars definitely can get in the way but being able to exchange the pillars with for example ivy pillars would also be helpful.

Though I think an item limit increase of 25-100 would be absolutely useless for decorators. The slots need to at the very least be doubled and even that would not give us the amount of items we really need.
