Fully customizable housing

A lot of us are into the decorating hype... Though the lack of options make it impossible to turn houses into true diamonds.
To address this issue, some of the following options could be implemented (if possible) since each of them is a mayor improvement:

- Allow us to choose between a single or dual chair per floor & allow us to move its/their location(s) + alter the with of the stair(s) and maybe even the angle.

- Allow us to use the door on the 1st to get on balcony and add a ladder to get to the roof.

- Allow us to redistribute the total space inside the house by allowing us to move the inner walls backwards or inward "or" allow us to sacrifice rooms to increase the size of the remaining rooms "or" give us a choice between several pre-made layouts (which you can add to the workshop as things to craft).

- Allow us to move or remove the pillars that are now "in the way" (Since we can place pillars as furniture anyway).

- Allow us to move the position of the windows & doors.

- Add an option where during the furniture placement we can now also levitate items and allow them to float so we can put stuff on furniture without having to glitch it, allowing us to get more unique designs.

- Increase the slots of items you can use: +25 for cottage, +50 for medium & +100 additional slots for mansions.
