Fully customizable housing

A lot of us are into the decorating hype... Though the lack of options make it impossible to turn houses into true diamonds.
To address this issue, some of the following options could be implemented (if possible) since each of them is a mayor improvement:

- Allow us to choose between a single or dual chair per floor & allow us to move its/their location(s) + alter the with of the stair(s) and maybe even the angle.

- Allow us to use the door on the 1st to get on balcony and add a ladder to get to the roof.

- Allow us to redistribute the total space inside the house by allowing us to move the inner walls backwards or inward "or" allow us to sacrifice rooms to increase the size of the remaining rooms "or" give us a choice between several pre-made layouts (which you can add to the workshop as things to craft).

- Allow us to move or remove the pillars that are now "in the way" (Since we can place pillars as furniture anyway).

- Allow us to move the position of the windows & doors.

- Add an option where during the furniture placement we can now also levitate items and allow them to float so we can put stuff on furniture without having to glitch it, allowing us to get more unique designs.

- Increase the slots of items you can use: +25 for cottage, +50 for medium & +100 additional slots for mansions.

Flat walls and vertical movement would be so good.
I think the oasis houses are the worst, their pillars so large and always in the way.

Oasis is actually my favorite but there are still issues I have with it. The biggest are the bigger pillars they have. I am pretty bizzaro with my deco preferences tho. Currently making a news roo. Set up complete with broadcast stage and camera crew. Pretty comical but I have a small fc that rp's as a news team.

For the very least let us choose the pillar style, there is no reason my fully Hingan styled house should retain Riviera style pillars just because the house is in the Mist.
Also an ability to customise or remove wall trim would be great too.

This I'd like to see. Yeah, it's funny to come up with new outdoor furnishing combinations to make my own jump puzzle to balcony. But not as funne as it would be to just... go there.

Wish we can chose from presets in the interior I dislike having two floors and much rather have 2 rooms on the same floor

thats a major thing why i moved into a bigger house tbh xD love the idea of seeing what ppl would do, if they had two rooms on the same floor of a small house (or even middle)

yep, and i mean if someone dislike it (just using the door i mean) they dont have too, still can glitch their way up like they did before!

It would be nice if we could rearrange the interior. I assume they want it to loosely match the exterior of the house, but that still leaves a lot of leeway with the staircases, the basement, and the nature of the top floor in larges.
