I play controller and I suck, I suck a lot, it is how I improve because when your already down so low you can only make it go up.

Ps5 controllers will solve the issueI read that people with PS4 controllers are perfectly capable of playing at the highest difficulty of endgame. This is misleading: you can complete the content, but you won't play at your best. You won't be able to make sick plays, such as a last minute Rescue. The only positive thing here is that the GCD is slow enough for controller not to be completely impossible.

For some people controllers are a god send. Video is old but some people love this game enough they will over come far harder challenges then High end gameplay to play it.

Note: Taking advice from a players alt, is like taking advice from a voice in a dark room. Criticism is a two way street remember that!!

I dont understand this at all. Like even have PC copy of the game and prefer to play with controller when i did play on PC. The only thing i see kb/m players being superior in is typing while their character is moving.
I play on controller and have only one issue. L2 assignments constrict movement because I have to take my thumb off of the analog stick used to move my character to use the skill I place there. A non-issue for jobs like BLM. Pretty big issue for jobs like MNK. If you were to make statements like this along with saying controllers suck, I think peeps might be less likely to throw pitchforks at you. The current solution to this is to be mindful which skills you assign to L2.
Due to that, there is no doubt that players on controller are at a disadvantage, so what does that say about the controller players who are not only clearing but performing well in high-end content? Want to know something else funny about some controller players? Many still use a KB for chat, and have done so even during combat while maintaining good uptime. How the hell are they doing that? Maybe they can type with their feet! xD
Had to edit my post after checking your link. I was partially jesting, but this is amazing. It reminded me of when I lost a friendly tournament at a billiards playing Mortal Kombat to this guy with one arm. I was pretty good at those fighting games too, and that guy owned me without using cheese tactics. Hatsoff amigo! For some people controllers are a god send. Video is old but some people love this game enough they will over come far harder challenges then High end gameplay to play it.

Ooh so interesting. But I heard that you can't play with controller so you think everyone else also sucks like you. But you know... actually there are people who can play better with a controller.
