Job gauge display option on Party List

Given the option, I'd like to see a job gauge display attached to the party list (with a toggle in the HUD layout manager, for people [or jobs] that don't want to use it,) so that I can tell the current state of my party members as I'm healing with AST.
As is, when I'm playing my cards, it can be tough to tell whether my party members are entering a burst window, or leaving one. As an example, when I'm considering whether I want to put a card onto a RDM, I don't have a great way of knowing whether they're in a position to fire off their melee combo, or whether they're still a ways off, unless I'm keeping close track of their actions.
Of course, there are always the easy choices, if I see a BLM at full MP casting Fire III, of course I'm gonna put a card on them, But what about the SAM, where I have to figure out whether they have all 3 sen and are about to drop a Midare Setsugekka, or what's their Kenki gauge at?

I could see your reasoning behind it as it would be useful but saying that, it could also be used to harass others. A player might comment if someone else's job gauge was full and not used or utilized correctly etc, it's almost like parsing in a sense that you are giving more visibility to be judged. I wouldn't worry too much about missing a burst window though, as unless it's high end content then a mistimed little damage boost isn't such a big deal.

As much as it saddens me that this is a consideration we need to make, I feel that you're probably correct.
