Problem when openning the Launcher

Thanks a lot for the quick answer.

Somehow I managed to reinstall and it started working again. I played a bit, closed the game, and now when I try to start the game, the same error happens.

So far I have reset the Internet Explorer settings, deactivated the Opening Cutscene in the config file, and reinstalled the game completely (which solved the issue for a moment, but it's crashing again now). I also tried executing through the different boot executables in the game folder. The outcome is the same for every .exe there. And yes, Final Fantasy is the only program being executed.

I just like to mention again, that I am not using Steam.

As the launcher doesn't open at all, I got the info executing the ffxivsysinfo.exe directly from game folder.
