Book of Skyfire 1. Necrologos: Pale Oblation

I am working on my relic weapon to pass time. Working on the Trials of the Braves, Book of Skyfire I. I have completed everything else in the Book of Skyfire 1. Except for Necrologos: Pale Oblation

Necrologos: Pale Ooblation doesn't seem to be showing up with Rurubana.
I have done the other 4 battlecrafts Rurubana had.
Dont Forget to Cry
Circling the Cerulem
Someones in the Doghouse
Subduing the Subprime

I am a Bard, Artemis Bow Atma is equipped too.

That particular one is offered, you might just need to wait a day or so for the levequests offered to reset and then try again (don't forget also you can go to the leve counter at the Quicksand in Ul'dah and access all available Thanalan leves there and don't have to only get them from the levemete in each zone).

You may just need to keep accepting and completing leves until the right one pops up in the list.

If you need any particular Leve that isn't showing up: Accept 2 leves from the list, then complete one. The one you complete will return to the list and since the last slot cannot be be filled with the one in your journal, it will be filled with the last remaining available leve; the one you're looking for. Then you can abandon the other decoy in your journal.
