Or purchasable with clusters. I've gotten everything else let me spend my clusters buying the notes I'm missing.

That would be awesome too. Also still missing some and with RNG just being RNG I have no clue if I will ever get them. So having some ways to get those would be nice.

And of course if those are in other content it should not be that hard to get them, since it would be a huge amount of them to collect. I dont want them to be the drop rate of some TT cards...that is imo not fun.

They could quite easily turn things like the Datalogs in The Twinning, and the books in Great Gubal, into things like this.
Not sure it's something they'd bother to do for old content, but for future dungeons, it's a good alternative to those interaction points in dungeons that you never get a chance to actually stop and read.
