Then you have the issue of people being rammed into Eureka again (Bozja is just Eureka 2.0), just for relic. All they have to do is make gold rank skirmishes give a memory 100% of the time.

Gold 100% of the time, silver 50% of the time, and bronze 25% of the time.

Though, the fact you can get them from just killing anything in there makes it not so bad if you are just farming clusters...
