Does "Heat of Battle II" stack in Bozja?

So we know that HoBII stacks to Armoury bonus, but does this bonus also stack within Bozja?

My FC is trying to optimize our buffs, and see if Heat or Battle II remains worth it.

You can gain exp there. And to the OP, I believe it does, but I couldnt check because im maxed.

You added mettle to it. The OP never mentioned it once. You gain EXP on anything between 71-79 there since there's no PotD/HoH equivalent for 5.X

I went in last night and the FC buffs disappeared from my buff UI entirely and reappeared when I left which led me to believe they have no effect at all there. I left the instance to renew them when I noticed them missing, but they were actually still there. I have everything at level 80 though, so I can't comment on any actual experience gains from having the experience one up.

Edit: Today I went in and the buffs were displaying while in there, so now I don't even know what to think. Stealth hotfix?

Easier enough to test. Kill something with your character outside Bozja and see what the bonus percentage next to the XP amount is. Then kill something in Bozja and compare the percentage. If it's 10% less, you know it's not working.
