I tried another house and i left for 2 minutes and the house was taken. You can't even take a break! Is's disgusting, do something SE! Remove this timer if you care about your players!

Someone probably relocated. The chances of timer expiring in 2 minutes is pretty low.

Did you read anything i wrote? When new wards came, were they in a timer? No! You could buy them right away. If they did that with a rng timer, would you be mad too? But that's what they are doing with plot opening. Seriously... Timer is here to torture players. new wards came and you could buy them without it. Can people think for one second?

The problem is torturing players for a content that are for everyone, not not enough houses. I never felt like that when timer wasn't there, it was first come first serve. Before, I didn't have to spend my whole day trying for a house that could be opening anytime and we don't know when... Don't you know how stressing it is? How people can spend a day trying, making them sick? And don't say it is their fault, it's the system the way it is.
This timer system is pure madness.

Okay I get it that you hate the timer. But its function is not intended to torture players. It's to stop players flipping houses. That was a real problem. House flipping can be very exploitative because the prices in the past have sometimes been insane. I remember seeing cottages in Shirogane going for 80 million on some servers when that housing district was launched. The highest price I saw was a Shirogane mansion for 500 million gil. Many people had no hope of affording those prices without using RMT.

Yes house flipping is still around but it's only an option for fcs and relocation now. So the market for it has dramatically fallen.

RMT is bad for players because it puts their FFXIV account at risk of being hacked and their credit card info being stolen from the gil seller, and it's also against the ToS so SE remove your account if you're caught doing it. Why don't SE want it? Likely because they want players to earn their gil instead of crashing server economies by purchasing it, and they also don't want other companies to make money off of their own product.

I agree the timer is awful but you need to stop acting as if its intended function is to infuriate people, because it's not. The timer is working as intended, unfortunately a side effect of that is making it extremely frustrating for first time buyers to get a house.

If we had instanced housing literally all the issues surrounding house acquisition wouldn't exist. But for some reason SE are digging their heels in and show no interest in providing this so here we are. The least they could do is improve apartments. They're disappointingly limited compared to houses.

I read and I don't think you understand the fundamental reason of why a timer is installed (even you are claiming you did your research)
The timer is to prevent flip-flop in which often involving RMT.
Without this timer you will never see an empty plot to begin with since all trades were done under a sub-reddit of Reddit called FF14 Housing Market (forgot the actual name)
Under high demand from this same Housing forum, a timer is installed.
Normal players therefore now is able to see an empty plot showing up.
The timer was never meant to torture people, you did it to yourself.
The original idea is for players to check the empty plot occasionally but it is you who decides to non stop clicking.
I have tried camping before; but I only click it once when I got out of Frontline and I didn't feel stress.
It is your own choice not the system
System itself or course will never be perfect and since when we are able to create a perfect system to keep everyone happy?
The timer system is merely to give you a chance to obtain the plot.

If Yoship is true to himself in his interview, he did planning to move all housing wards to dedicate servers instead of attached to current server.
The plan was interrupted by the Covid 19 and 5.35 is just a band aid according to him.
You will need to have some patient and wait until all housing wards moved to dedicated server.
The increase in supply of plot is the true resolution
