So I've heard there are 3rd party programs that individuals use to auto undercut everyone on the MB.

Can someone explain that to me? The last time I played the game. I never even heard of that happening. Do people use scripts to auto sells stuff now? Or is it just the RMT people? Or... what's going on?

What's to explain? Yes, there are people who use scripts of various sorts. Yes, it is mostly the RMT people who does it. No, it is not allowed to use that kind of scripts, but that doesn't stop some people from doing it anyway.
