No second part relic quest!!

Hi!
I'm kinda confused. I have my relic (first part) but then when i try to start "where eagles nest" is not there, i mean, The NPC dosn't have the quest mark or anything.
I'm stuck, anyone can help me with this?

-I've finished shadow bringers (I have the shadowbringers title)
-i'm lvl 80
-I have my relic.

why can't i get the quest to get the second part?

Players must first complete the main scenario quest "Vows of Virtue, Deeds of Cruelty," and have completed the quests "The Bozja Incident" and "Fire in the Forge."

You also have to accept the quest to go into Bozja; at least if I remember what happened to me correctly. You don't actually have to *even step inside* Bozja if you don't want to though.

And after what Iscah and Jennah said (doing the "Where Eagles Nest" and talking to the NPC which teleports you to the Bozjan Front), Zlatan (Gangos X: 6.1 Y: 4.9) will have a new quest for you called "For Want of a Memory". This will start the new Relic step.
