Where is The Prima Vista Bridge?

I'm trying to unlock the new southern front area and from what I can gather I'm missing the chain Return to Ivalice.

When I look in my journal under the Chronicles of a New Era - Return to Ivalice section I only see Dramatis Personae completed, so I think I need to do: A City Fallen, but I can't figure out where to pick it up.

This says I need to go to the Prima Vista Bridge, but I can't find it on any map.

I just completed the raid The Royal City of Rabanastre and there was no new quest or cinematic on completion. I'm not sure what to do, I'd really like to do the new content, but I'm stuck. I've completed the MSQ and every blue + quest I can find. Please helpp.

Go to Kugane,and there is a building across a bridge next to the big building with the famous jump puzzle on it. That building across the bridge is the airship dock.

The only named bridge in that area I can find is Tasogare and there's no quest giver here. None of the quests on the map are A City of Fallen.

Oi! This was a pain to find and the answers given in this thread, though very much appreciated, were not the most helpful; anyway, here is some information that will hopefully save someone some future frustrations.

Kugane is located in Hingashi. It can be accessed from the Far South East corner of the Ruby Sea (Othard) at a place called the Ruby Price - 38.9, 38.9

The Doman Enclave is located in Othard. It can be accessed from the South West corner of the peninsula in Yanxia (Othard). A ferry will take you there. 11.6, 32.2

Prima Vista Bridge is NOT that which connects to land masses. It is the bridge of a freaking airship. You cannot access this air-ship bridge unless you do the quest "Dramatis Personae" which you can pick up at 12.2, 12.2 in Kugane. Otherwise you just talk to the Shuttle Pilot in the Airship landing of Kugane.

And yes, "Dramatis Personae" is where you start questing to open up Gangos.
