Lazy house markets

Sometimes it gets really annoying where you don't have much time to gather stuff but you still want to craft something at the workshop of your Free company. And when you get at the market board you realize you missed something and you have to walk all the way back to figure out what you forgot. Sure you can write it all down but not everyone has a pen and paper next to them to write everything down they do.

Because lets be honest here, a lot of people have slow connections and there's no way they'd love to load the housing instance to ALSO have to load the workshop just to do the same again to get to the market and back... (4 load times just to get something!!)

So please allow us to add a mini market board to the FC house and counter it by charging 10% additional taxes (so 15% in total if taxes were already at 5% in that region) on each item to persuade people to still use the original market board instead of the mini market. That way we'd have the option to get what we need fast when money isn't an issue and most people would still go to the original marketboard to get max profit (and since some people would get more money for what they put on the market, they'd be more willing to keep it up which might benefit sales in general).

I'm certain this will never happen because of technological limitations involving dats storage/retrieval just as they're unable to create a glamour dresser housing item.

SE is brilliant, I'm sure they can use some of the already implemented options to get around the known limitations somehow.
Bigger question is if SE sees the benefit in this or not

They want people visiting the cities. It's one of the prime reasons many spend time there. I don't see this happening.

The amount of clicks and loading screens needed to get from marketboard to workshop and back again can be annoying. Making a list with pen and paper might not be your solution, but there's plenty of digital listing tools available. I usually use a google document for big listing, that way even if my potato laptop can't handle one more tab open at the time, I can always use my phone to check what else I need before I go back to FC house from marketboard.

But all and all, yeah, a lack of portable marketboard you can put in your house is kind of a bummer. Probably not goin to happen in any near future, sadly.

I just teleport out when I'm in fc rooms or the workshop. Not because of loading issues due to a low end pc or poor internet connection. I do it simply because it's much faster. I get that it sucks to spend money to bypass loading the interior of the house but it costs so little gil it hardly matters.

Just like Jojoya already said, SE can't even add a glam dresser as a furnishing due to server issues. I doubt they can add something far more complex like a marketboard to housing. Maybe one day, but it won't be any time soon.

Makes sense I suppose... Yoshi P had to fix a broken game and some things you can't rebuild from scratch without affecting the code.
I hope tho that they are working on giving us a sequel of the game that takes all these factors into account.
