It does work well honestly. As said the main problem is just people not using it.

I suppose they could make it better by adding a drop down box as well as the comment section, so you can flag yourself for specific events.

But that's just making it more jumbled and adding more options to confuse people with.

Illustrating how to type in commands to bring up the search using the chat box would be good as well.

You can put them in any order.

You can also use /who instead of /search, adding job will look for players who have jobs.

Jp community uses it all the time. There are at least 10+ active raid request or quest request every single day.
