A lot of people are ignoring the story outright. Even heard of some people ignoring unlocking the relic quest, which I believe means you can't get the Dying Memories at all, without it active in your quest log heh.

Personally I love it. I think they should add duel associated CEs to every lower rank area CE, so that higher level people will come to do them, so they can have a chance at the duel. I also noticed that the quest progression calls the quests, "weapons questline." My assumption is that it's easier to work on this relic stage outside of the BSF, but in order to get to the next quest when they release it, you're going to have to finish the BSF. Heh. So, at least if I'm right in my thinking, if you just get your relics upgraded without doing the BSF at all, then you're setting yourself up to be behind when the next Bozjan <Insert Compass direction here> Front opens up :P
