Essence of the Ordained can't be used by BLM but can by SMN/RDM

Essence of the Ordained can't be used by BLM but can by SMN/RDM, which makes absolutely no sense as BLM is also a caster. You either have to remove SMN/RDMs ability to use this item or let BLM be able to use it.

If this is the intended way of this item, then you should change your mind as BLM is severly underpowered because of the extremely low spell speed you've given us.

Edit: To add to why it makes no sense why BLM should be excluded from this or that SMN/RDM should be allowed to use it.

1. BLM has access to Essence of the Savior which gives Healing potency 60%, so it's NOT because of the healing.
2. BLM can also benefit from MP pool increase like SMN/RDM. (This wouldn't break the balance of the job, BLM wouldn't suddenly become overpowered because if you want the most damage you'd go Skirmisher)
3. Wisdom of the Ordained in Eureka was only useable by Healers and had the same buffs with the exception of damage increase. (Damage increase should not be the reason for casters to suddenly have access to this item, and I'd rather have casters not have access to this entirely)

4. Optional point: Essence of the Ordained can stay as is, ONLY if the damage increase is REMOVED. Healers and casters already have a specialized damage increasing essence.
