It is an open market, just because you want an increased chance of nailing a medium or large house for self this is...

FC wont suffer with any size of house... they still get the same benefits an FC do... also think it would be only fair for players as well to be able to get any size house on release of new wards.

They should remove grandfathering, and they should make it so that you can only have 1 house + FC per account as well, that will however open up for more competetion also they should be auto demolish back... and also they should go to them house pages where people sell houses for 100s of millions of gil.

also they already addressed housing resale by nuking resale of personal houses, all you can do now is buy another player's FC (no way to fix this) or demo your own house so that someone else can relo into it (working as intended)

No there is a site for it, if you got small house or whatever and want to move into desired areas and large/medium houses and even small houses on special spots... then there is people profitting on this on both gil and possible RMT as well with eg. selling a medium plot to someone who can relocate for 100million gil or more, there is a market for it.
