He said it did not because we were relocating to a smaller plot so there was no gil transaction. I am not questioning that it is our fault but he said he received no prompt. You are correct that he very well may have received one. I wasn’t there so I can’t confirm. I do think the UI could be less complicated but that’s just my opinion. Just wanted to provide feedback in the hopes of improving others experiences in the future. Appreciate your response.

What a nightmare. Totally understandable your officer made that mistake, especially when everyone rushed to grab housing as quickly as possible today.

Hopefully someone at SE will see your post here and help you refund the money for the large house at least. Best of luck to you and your FC. Hang in there.

thank you everyone who replied to my previous post, sadly i couldnt get into game quick enough to get a house not even a small one so am very disappointed as im sure many many people are, since then ive found if someone already has a house they can relocate to another house ignoring any timers, this i feel is extremely uinfair to those that dont have a house and have already camped 2 houses with timers that have been taken out from under my feet, . I love housing and this is the first game ive played that has had this issue of lack of housing, wont mention names, but they have a got a system where it dont matter when or where u want the a house it is there (i believe they call instance housing) but ur never disappointed or have one taken from under ur feet . I cant camp up to 26hrs (that ive read) i have cooking washing ironing cleaning shopping etc, and what about people who work!! we all pay the same for subscriptions we all work hard int he game and in rl so i believe the housing should be given the same chance to everyone. Sorry for rant but this situation is very bad indeed. May even look for another game, i play to enjoy myself not having to wait for hours and someone else comes in and takes it away after hours

I agree housing needs to be instance housing. Camping a location is terrible and a waste of time. Or at least open 20 more wards, their so much people in this game and competing against thousands is a big problem and a big no, it created toxicity and players are not happy. They will look for another mmo that better suits them that has everything for them.
Or give us the privilege to build it to large.

8 hrs now ive been camping at a house, my eyes are sore, im beginning to feel like a robot "this plot of land is not yet ready for purchase" being spammed on my screen, SE please for goodness sake dont be cruel and release the timers... its ridiculous.... nvm unhealthy for a person to be looking at a screen for so long....

A friend of mine in the game suggested this . <I- Dunno>" its not even that hard to fix: when a plot is free theres a "betting phase" that lasts for 48 hours. Every player that can purchase the plot rolls a dice (exactly like loot rolls in dungeons). After the 48 hours the player with the highest number wins. Also you can add that players that are relocating have a sort of handicap and the system favours players without previous houses"

Thank you for letting me copy and paste this comment from you dun much appreciated but yes it is a lot fairer a system than this is atm, and yes still issues with it etc etc but sheesh better than standing around for hours on end doing nothing else in game (that we all PAY for)

ok its now been 9 and half hours since waiting for a timer to clear, I now have blurred vision, a headache and feeling sick, all signs that i cannot do this for much longer in which case i just got to accept im not going to get a house (that my RNG) is as bad as ever... ok just a few minutes to go and its been 12 hrs waiting at this darned house for the timer to end im so disappointed now

Title, heard people say it was instant while others said it took a bit, but if like to hear from individuals.

Wanted to get a plot myself but ended up just sleeping through it as I had work and figured I wouldn't get one.

A little over 15 minutes, 25 minutes at the very max. After that everything was on a timer from folks moving.

On Goblin I was #49 in queue and grabbed Mist Large #5. I'd say by 12-15 minutes passed, all the larges in Mist were gone.

I was #277 in que on balumg. Got in grabbed me and nice plot on the front beach area in Shiro. I mustve been super lucky cause I just walked up and bought it. No timers or anything. But my FC leader came on about 5min after I did and all the mediums I told them about were gone within that time frame

On Balmung I got in around 11ish min after servers went up (crashed at 3 ;-;) and got one of the last cottages in LB new wards.
