Yet another fantastic and massive failour in from Square Enix.
THey managed to try and "fix" something by just piling in a tiny amount of new plots in to a gaping chasm. Its like trying to fix a hole the size of the atlantic ocean witha cork from a bottle.

Now I was in queue for 10 minutes and a little more. I was in the housing districts so fast that I was amazed by myself. But despite that they where all gone. Each and everyone.
The ones that was left was those that had gotten in, got a plot and relocated. Leaving behind the click bait akak plots where you have to sit and try out clicking bots to buy after x amount of unknown time.
So the winners here are the lucky few and those who use bots to buy houses. And each house try I been at the last uncountable times, been with at least 2 users of bots.

Now I will suggest a fix of the whole system.
A start on things like this could have been simple. One could have implemented that all relocations was temporarily disabled for at least 24 hours.

Another fix is a overhaul of the system. And mind you I don't consider that jumbled mess a system. But my suggestion is to make it berrable. Not perfect but at least berrable.
One way to do so is to make it a lottery form instead.
Each player go to the plaque. Put in the amount asked for, and go play the game as they please.
After the X amount of time is gone, the game draw among all those that went for it, and pulled out the winner. The winner got a message that they had X amount of hours to go get it. And here I would sugest 12-24 hours. To allow for real life.
Now all else are refunded their cash and can go and try again on the next house.

Relocation etc can work as it do already, bypassing that as it seems SE want it to.

See, if they're worried about server load it should be one house per account. Period. Everyone gets a house that way instead of wards owned by one or two people on alts

Well, you can't own more than 1 house on a server per account. My alts are located on different worlds that's why they are able to buy houses. The wards where 1 or 2 ppl own the entire things are cases where they were grandfathered.
