If you want a house it does, I get this piece of content means nothing to you, but is there nothing in the game you care about? And if there is, why play it at all?

If you're a raider, how would you feel if after the first 100 groups clear each raid that raid is forever locked off to any other players, and the only time a spot for raiding a raid is opened is if one of those 100 groups hasn't cleared it in 45 days. It sounds extremely stupid doesn't it? Because it is.

And if you were a raider vying to be in that top 100 and it was important to you to do raid content, I imagine you'd go to far, far greater lengths than staying up til 3am, and I also think you'd be just as pissed if the only reason you weren't in the top 100 was because you weren't even out of queue before the race was over.

It's 2020, we've had autoscaling server instances for years now. I managed to get a nice house. Doesn't mean that staying up until 3 AM once every two years hoping that the miracle of a good login queue position actually gets you into the homeownership game isn't the stupidest housing system I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
