    it isnt? but usually you could get the primal mats from weapons...? lol that would explain i wasnt lucky on her...

    yeah, I think...so far from my own personal knowledge, it's the only one that isn't. It's not even a chest drop; it goes straight into your inventory. It's special, lol.

    Usually the primal mats - at least for the ex-primals - are also drops from the chest that everyone can roll on, while the celestial cloth drops directly into someones inventory... she sure is special!
