    Stuck on launcher logo

    hello all,i have problem with the launcher for awhile now,its always load too long on the launcher,i already use the method on the other forum + many restart,yet still don't work
    been playing for 2 year now, is it win7 the culprit here? because i was about to install win 10 but decided might get help here, thank you
