Possibly not the exact model, no. But it looks like you have quite a few approximate options.

Well It seems like buying the cobalt sallet and coloring it rust red is as close as that gets. Now if only the god dam pants would drop i could work in nailing the hair color.

A pretty shocking number of NPCs use pieces or colors the players just don't ha e access to.

I'm personally fascinated by the rainbow sheen on the armor of the little Lala marching around the artheryte in Mor Dhona. Wish I could get THAT!

Again, shared models are your friend (and the Sipahi sarouel is only a guess anyway). From the icons, it looks like the Buccaneer's sarouel has the same colours and it's either tradeable or reliably claimed from running Dzemael Darkhold, especially if you buy the definitely-tradeable bits of the set first.

Yeah i'l take a look. I've been trying to find the haircolor but the closes i found was this site where that has some color codes if you hover over it. Now that i think about it i'm not even sure about the hairstyle either.

I think i more or less got the hair color right but that hairstyle might not be a default one. I can't find on that has bangs that long that's not a long hairstyle.

Hmm, Garland used to show hairstyles but it looks like that part of their data has broken down. I'll try to remember to look at the NPC next time I log in on a character that hasn't taken the quest. Generally though, if you're trying to recognise an NPC's hairstyle then its best to do it while equipped with whatever hat they are wearing, since that can change the look of things.

As for colour, there shouldn't be any guesswork at all. Row 4, column 6. Unless you switched the numbers by accident, it shouldn't be able to go wrong.

Well the helmet makes it hard to see what her hairstyle is. I can confirm that it is not a default hairstyle but that's where it ends.
