Class Quests Should Be Required.

Several group members asked them to please use Medica 2 during the various fights, and they didn't cast it a single time, so we're going to chalk it up to they probably didn't do the class quests.

Nothing in WHM class quests requires or teaches Medica 2.

They most likely didn’t understand the skill, play on console and have it on the second bar, or bought the level up skip.

Or unfortunately, they fall in the category of people that don't want to listen to any advices, i have been meeting a lot of those recently in low level dungeons
