    Unable to load on Launch

    Details: Friday, earlier in the day, I launched my game. It came up with an error, I restarted the game, and it worked fine. Later yesterday, I tried to launch again, and all it did was go to a black screen with a loading cursor (specifically the system one, not one related to the game) and if I click twice, the game simply crashes out entirely. I went through a few guides, and reinstalled overnight. Any suggestions on how to fix?


    Steps taken to fix the problem:

    Reinstalled completely, double checked the config file that Cutscene Opening Movie was 1, made sure I had exceptions in place for firewall and AV, tried running in DX9 mode.

    Any help would be appreciated at this point.

    A second attempt at a clean install the next day fixed it. Still not sure what caused the issue, as there were no error messages that popped up, just black screen, ten minutes of loading wheel mouse cursor, and then crash. If it happens again I'll gather as much info as I can.
