Getting a lot of lag and random packet loss today

My in-game pings are more than double today and even getting random packet loss. I had to give up on doing any crafting because it was killing my macros and I was failing crafts.

All the high pings are in the NTT.net network again. Hops 12 and 14 have been really bad. When the packet loss starts it's always on hop 12 from NTT.net

If someone could take a look at this it would be good.

P.S. Other FC members are also reporting this lag today.

It just got wore. I can't even do dungeons now. The packet loss is just to much.

Just loaded up my VPN and connected though the Denver, Colorado. Lag is gone but one of the NTT.net server hope is still having packet loss. There appears to be a route going into NTT.net that is having problems. Using my VPN I'm going though another route.

I'm having zero problems with 2 other games I play. WoW still has 15ms ping and Overwatch has 25ms.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Is the computer connected directly to the router through an ethernet cable or are you using WiFi? Additionally, what have you tried to alleviate the issue?
