Ul'dah Airship

Every time I ride the elevator to go to the Airship in Ul'dah, my game crashes. I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this or if it's a known issue. I did a search and nothing prominent came out, so I thought I would post to let SE know about it if they don't already.

This only happens the initial time. Once I've logged out, waited for my character to be logged out and log back in - I can go to the Airship without issue.

What kind of crash do you get?

Is this a crash that occurs while riding the elevator, or when actually in the airship dock area?

It's a pointer error, it basically can't find a memory location that they've stored something in. The crash occurs during the cutscene when I step off the elevator at the Airship level. Basically from the end of the cutscene to loading the game again is when it crashes.
