I want to see only the DoT's I've put on an enemy and in a group, especially raid, its really difficult knowing is that my DoT or another's guys/
Is that possible?

Yours have a green text in the timer.
They should also be the farthest left.
They've worked on it, but it's still not obvious.
You can turn off others effects/dots/debuffs/etc in the settings, yes.
Where do I find that option in the settings?
Note that I don't recommend using the setting. Some debuffs don't stack and you won't know to not use them if someone else already has, and buff windows for some classes are made obvious by the debuffs they apply making it easier to line yours up with them. I personally just look for the debuffs on the left that have the green text to know they're mine.

My problem is not being able to see if mine went off at a glance due to...ALL THE OTHERS there, especially if there are more Jobs like mine (namely in 24 mans or Hunt Trains, not that it matters as much for the latter)

What I'd like is to have only my debuffs show on my Focus bar and have all the debuffs on the main bar. That way I can tell if my DoT has fallen off by looking at the Focus bar, but tell if I shouldn't use Chain Strategem because someone else has theirs up by looking at the general target bar. Is there any way to do this?
I'm half-convinced the only reason high end players do so much damage is because they have add-ons helping them with stuff like DoT/debuff tracking that normal players don't have access to. <_<
