Can't reply to my unresolved thread, Fatal error directx error 110002

This is my thread and after a lot of time without response I tried to reinstall windows but to no avail. I don't know what to do anymore.

To prevent repeating previously attempted troubleshooting, what have you tried to alleviate the problem? Does this crash happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Where in game does the crash occur? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

I already answered these questions on the other post. So I will just copy from there
"I tried a lot of fixes such as:
-Reinstalling the game (deleting all files manually also)
-Using older drivers and updating the drivers on my GPU
-Underclocking my gpu using MSIafterburner
-Disabling any program running along with the game
-Frame capping the game at 59 fps
-Switching between fullscreen, windowed and borderless windowed
-Going to directx 9 (the game gets crazy, frame drops a lot and freezes without crash sometimes in populated areas)

Some details about the crashes:
-Does not matter if I am at a crowed or empty place
-Can happen after 5 minutes playing or after hours
-Can happen after I just turned on my pc or not
- Disabled Full Screen Optimizations.
No changes have been made to the device
1) Checked the temperature and fans.
2) Disabled any additional programs that could cause interference with the game itself
3) Removed mods or injectors from the game or system
4) Removed any unnecessary USB or audio devices (controllers, headphones, flash drives etc.)
5) Updated and reinstalled the drivers for my graphics card
6) Clean boot dosen't solve"

Yes, I tried to install the game on both drivers and still happens, I rolled back on windows updates and it seems to have fixed, but I can't play other games with a version so old of windows. What can I do about that?
