Is it just me or is something bugged with Rage of Halone?

I'm not fully understanding the use of Rage of Halone. Sometimes i get the combo use out of it. but other times i'm able to use it at all. Even when I try to combo into it, it doesnt let me use it. only in very niche situations I can use it. Is there something i'm not understanding about it?

Seeing your lv is 32, are you by chance being downsynced by the instance to a lv you have not learned the skill?

For sample a lv 50 player cant use lv 50 skills in a lv 15 dungeon

There are two ways you might not have access to a Rage of Halone in a combo:

1. It's a level 26 ability so if you're inside an instance which is synced to a lower level then you won't have access to it at all. E.g. Sastatsha, Tam Tara Deepcroft, Copperbell Mines and Halatli are all synced to level 23 or below so you can't use Rage of Halone inside those dungeons at all.

2. If you miss on a previous attack in the combo, then the proc won't happen. I.e. both Fast Blade and Riot Blade have to connect and do damage for the combo to continue. You'll still be able to use Rage of Halone in this case if you're not synced too low, but the combo part won't work. This is most likely to happen in the overworld when doing fates or killing mobs that are higher level than you. Inside instanced content this is much less likely to happen because your level is set to be within an apprpriate range relative to the mobs.
