Yea I asked this in the company sub forum last week, haven't had any response.

I'm guessing we may get some more info next week when Yoshi-p makes his producer letter, failing that the patch is fairly close now so not long to wait.

I would like to see DoH supporting NPC's by fixing and repairing their armour and weapons.

Gathering classes supplying provisions to the grand company and hamlet.

Well...according to their timeline it says 1.22 = Mid April. Soo that would be next week..anything later is considered end! So yeah hopefully we get to see some cool info on this soon

In the last letter (which is newer) Yoshi wrote end april

If I had to guess, crafters and gatherers would work just like they do in leves...only within the hamlet defense environment. I'm excited to try this content out pretty soon ^^

Hamlet defense was suppose to be out in march last year.

It will be large scale battles defending the small towns (aka Hamlets) and it will involve all classes including DoL and DoH. Sounds fun!

this is what i thought but theres a interview that yoshi said that reason they don't want to do ishgard endgame is cause servers can't handle 40people in same area and that they are waiting for 2.0 to do this. that tells me that hamlets aren't going to be large scale. ...sounds like it's an extension to lousy caravan quests. but i could be wrong. 2 weeks i guess till we find out for sure. even then maybe at 2.0 they will add new ones that are open world with large scale if not this batch.

Fixed it for you, it was ment to be in patch 1.21 but got dropped for added features.
