Please stop using Swiftcast for dps skills

This is why I wish we had a trait that made Raise instant cast with a 60s recharge (while on cooldown Raise has the normal hard cast time) so that we can actually use Swiftcast as a movement/weave tool instead of holding it for 4-8 mins "just incase".

I actually use SC allot on summoner. I’ve been going at WoL lately and I’ve seen people dead for like 30-45 secs and I’m like darn it why did I blow my SC on ruin 3 or miasma 3 lol. So I’ve seen allot of healers hard casting raise. Also let’s be clear. If it’s a farm you shouldn’t be dying anyway. Mistakes happen but I’ve been in groups with people that have died 3-4 times in a single run just because they are greedy for damage tanks, dps and some healers too.
