I thought they already said the aetheryte's will still exist.. just the areas around them will have changed drasticallySounds great... except for what happens to those of us who already "Explored" the current Eorzea and unlocked the achievement for nabbing all the Aetheryte Points. Does this mean we have to do that all over again? I'm not looking forward to having to go through that experience again...
I'm 98% sure that, Since this is considered "A Fresh start for FFXIV" and all Maps are being redone.. I say you have to Explore these " New" Maps. the only thing that will be similar is the name of the places (if that), other than that, everything is going to be a fresh start =).
Yea.. I remember Yoshi saying the names would be the same... but I wouldn't mind having to get nodes againI'm 98% sure that, Since this is considered "A Fresh start for FFXIV" and all Maps are being redone.. I say you have to Explore these " New" Maps. the only thing that will be similar is the name of the places (if that), other than that, everything is going to be a fresh start =).
Bleh I dislike filling in maps such a chore for me.
Not really... Not having a Map.. or in this case "Grayed out areas till you visit the Areas" Gives more of a Sense of Exploration, rather than oh here's a map with everything in them.. I like Surprises =).
THANK YOU!!!
This is epic, for me, it does add a sense of exploration and "oo whats over there", not "i can see it, its a dead end/and/or another copy/pasted section"
Yay! I am very pleased with this change!
