Thread: Empty maps in 2.0(and new maps in general)

Umm...the maps will be different in 2.0, you know that right? It seems quite a few ppl don't really understand what 2.0 is. Maps/cities are being redesigned. Current Eorzea will cease to exist. It might still be called Eorzea though, but I'm not even sure if the cities will maintain their current names. I don't see why not though.

If I keep the title, then I don't mind.

Could this also mean that there will be less Aetheryte's? More travel by chocobo is always something I enjoyed, to some it may be a time sink. To me it gave me a rush when I was setting out to do something.

This map thing sounds fantastic..I'ma have fun getting lost and exploring =D

Bleh I dislike filling in maps such a chore for me.

This is epic, for me, it does add a sense of exploration and "oo whats over there", not "i can see it, its a dead end/and/or another copy/pasted section"
