    Headphone volume issue on PS4

    I recently purchased the quartz razor krakens in the kitty edition. Every other game on my PS4 is loud enough except for XIV. I don't understand why. I have my BGM all the way up and it's still a few decibels too low. I feel like there might be something wrong in the game client.

    Is there anything I can do to make the audio louder? I'm getting really frustrated that I can hear people in the background of my household. Gaming is one of my escapes when I'm annoyed or just wanting to be alone.

    Nope, it happens with all my headphones that I have had. I can't figure out why.

    When using headphones, does it help if the system sound settings is put as "Stereo"?
