ive also heard of boosting mind to prob the skills. Im not even sure if mind procs skills, butvif it does what much do i have to add to gain what % of procs? right now im using perception heavy gear with mind melded on goggles.

That's a great start so far.. i do the same. Cobalt Preserves with MND +20. You Could also go with a Felt Coif of Toiling as well. it has VIT +2 on it. I went with the goggles for the cool effect. I see tons of people with the Cobalt mesail and fail to see the reason. Yes with lower gathering you may have to swing twice at an ore once in awhile.. but not a biggie. Perception for HQ farming is much more beneficial. They are great for Quarrying though. And since only Mind can be attached to the head its a no brainer.

EDIT: Since most gear either allow VIT or MND.. not both, you can have a good mix attached.
For example:
Head: MND
Body: VIT.
Legs: Either Ironmans will for STR/VIT or Loresmans wit INT/MND. Lets see what the community feels is best
Feet: nothing...
Hands: Nothing... maybe STR if your also a BOT
