    Game Crashing in Bootcamp 2020!

    Hi, I wanted to play FFXIV on my Macbook Air 2015 therefore I decided to bootcamp Windows 10 Home on it.

    Running FFXIV on Bootcamp on External SSD due to lack of storage.

    Intel(R) Core i5-5250U CPU @ 1.60 GHz, 1601 Mhz, 2 Core, 4 GB Ram
    Intel HD Graphics 6000

    I tried the trial edition of FFXIV on my MacOSX without any crash issues. Only FPS lag issues.

    After downloading and playing full version retail game on Bootcamp yesterday, FPS improved than MacOSX, but now I keep going through crash issues/graphics issue, none of which I had on MacOSX partition side.

    Yellow mesh graphis issue as well.

    2nd Image, now I am stuck at loading screen of city after Crystarium in Shadowbringer MSQ. what to do, I cannot even touch character?

    What more information do you need, how can I fix this so I can play without problems? I tried Config play DX11, but my FPS was terrible and it would crash right away without an error message. I have been playing on DX9 enabled. I can play an hour or two and not have problems. Then a crash may occur. This time I'm stuck at cutscenes, loading screen, so I can't even play. (Just a background before I had all these issue and was able to play the game on Bootcamp): I checked my Windows 10 Home ISO image I used to download Bootcamp with, it comes with DX12. Therefore in the beginning I couldn't launch the game. So I downloaded these:
