Game Crash When Logging In

Hello from Australia! I play on PS4 and bought and installed the PC version yesterday. I'm able to load the lobby fine, but it crashes every time I try to log into the game. I haven't successfully gotten in once. I'm getting the following error:

So far I've done the following: checked DirectX12 was up to date, turned off my firewall, turned off game mode, and tried opening using work's internet. There's plenty of space in the drive the game folder's located.

I don't experience issues on the PS4 edition. Would the issue be with the installation?

Does this crash happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

I am also getting the same error message when i log in to the game. but i also have the ma problem in the lobby, my character is also missing parts of her body (legs) while the female Miqote's are missing there faces.

i have checked all my drivers and directX 12 and hey are all up to date but i still get this error
