    Shouldn't they be doing a halloween event about now? It seems weird that they aren't.

    It's been said many times that it's cancelled this year.
    Next year folks.

    You can at least still do a Haunted Manor thing, I believe, somewhere...I think the Gold Saucer? Dunno. That's about it this year though.

    Haunted Manor (just the "transform into an NPC" thing) is running, yes. You can get in once you've done the Make It Rain quest.

    They skipped the event due to the COVID disruptions earlier in the year. MIR got delayed and Halloween dropped from the schedule.
