But he is, that's the thing. Read a couple pages back or check the forum rules/guidelines. He is actually breaking them and for some reason getting away with it. He's not getting action taken against his malicious intent, but the people discussing his actions are. This is the more frustrating part, more than the "troll" himself. These threads are not left unmoderated, they're deliberately left unchecked.
