Add the rested XP cap to Timers

Maybe have a button to press to calculate that in the timer menu, not so much as making a constant ping check for if you are resting?

Even if it only updated every 15 minutes or something, I'd be completely fine with that.

I'm also down with a crop timer, as well as a watering timer.
